Who was your favorite character and why?
Pete: Yoda was my favorite in this episode because of his excellent fighting talents.
Brigette: Yoda because he’s always so calm and very wise.
Morgan: It would have to be C3PO, because he was funny.
Gable: R2D2, yet again, because he was adorable. I feel bad that C3PO calls him an ‘idiot’ because by no means is he! And, oh my god, he flies! Even cuter!
Who was your least favorite character and why?
Pete: Anakin Skywalker because he acted like an arrogant teenager, know-it-all brat.
Brigette: Anakin Skywalker because he’s a total brat in this episode.
Morgan: Anakin, because he just looked at EVERYTHING the wrong way.
Gable: Anakin Skywalker because he looked at everything the wrong way, was very dangerous, and did things he shouldn’t have.
How was the casting?
Pete: Ewan McGregor redeemed himself in this episode.
Brigette: I’ve never liked Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker.
Did it grab you immediately or did it take a while? Was it worth the wait?
Pete: Immediate attention grabber.
Brigette: It grabbed me immediately, but I’ve always felt this episode was the least authentic, so it was frustrating to watch.
Morgan: It got me immediately.
Gable: It took only about 2 minutes for me but it was the best of the Star Wars saga that I have seen so far…. ok, episode 5 is up there with Attack Of The Clones.
Pete: “Anakin Skywalker: I think he’s a she… and I think she’s a Changeling.
Obi-Wan Kenobi: In that case be extra careful. Go and find her.
[He heads towards the bar]
Anakin Skywalker: Where are you going, Master?
Obi-Wan Kenobi: For a drink.
Brigette: “Mentors have a way of finding more of our faults than we’d like. It’s the only way we grow.” – Padmé Amidala
Morgan & Gable: “Truly wonderful the mind of a child is.” – Yoda
What would you change?
Brigette: A lot.
How was the ending?
Morgan: Well, I like it when movies end in this particular way.
Gable: A happy ending, like it should be.
What was the moral of the story?
Pete: Listen to those who know better and stay positive or you may have to learn the hard way.
Brigette: Get your kids in Jedi training early in order to avoid them becoming bratty teenagers.
Morgan: To be positive.
Gable: You’ve got to believe that you can do it, or else you won’t.
Who would you recommend it to?
Pete: Star Wars or Muppet fans.
Brigette: People who are not die hard Star Wars fans.
Morgan: Star Wars fans.
Gable: People in their late teens or people who like movies with multiple main characters.
Beer pairing: (Pete’s specialty)
Color palette: (Morgan’s specialty)
